Looking for some things to keep little hands busy during read-alouds or tea time? Here are some of our family favorites:

Stacking rocks

Modeling clay

Magnatiles

Paint by Sticker books, especially this Pray by Sticker book from Catholic Family Crate!

Kinetic sand (we usually do this outside!)

Water beads

Lego duplos

How to Draw books (These Draw 50 books are also well-loved and require a little more skill)

Fun foam

Origami (eyeing these books, but we also have a paper airplane one from Usborne we love)

We also love the coloring pages and free printables from Catholic Family Crate.

Water play (like Water Wow or water painting mats, Shining Light Dolls has Catholic water reveal cards now!)

Tape activity book

Book of Easy Crafts

Art Masterpiece Coloring Books

Cross stitch/crochet/knitting kits

Sensory bins! I use cornmeal, dried beans or pasta that I dye naturally, Pom Pom balls, water, and other materials along with these wooden scoops and tools, these super cool funnels, tongs, droppers, animal figurines (like these), cars/trucks, or other household items depending on the sensory bin.
